Content & AI Disclosure Policy
Last updated September 22, 2026
Scenvox welcomes human-made, AI-assisted, and AI-generated films, series, art, and music. Creators are responsible for what they publish, the rights they hold, and explaining material AI use to their audience. This policy applies to uploads, linked works, thumbnails, descriptions, and community posts.
What is allowed
Original work and work you have permission or another lawful basis to use are welcome. AI-assisted editing, generated animation, synthetic voices, and fictional characters are allowed when they respect others' rights and meet the disclosure rules below. Using an AI tool does not by itself establish ownership or permission to use its output.
What needs disclosure
Disclose AI use when a tool generates or substantially changes images, footage, voices, music, or writing in the published work. Minor corrections such as spelling, noise reduction, or color correction do not require disclosure unless they materially change what the audience sees or hears.
- Put “AI-generated” or “AI-assisted” at the beginning of the public description and briefly say which parts were generated or changed. For example: “AI-assisted: generated backgrounds and synthetic narration; filmed performances by the credited cast.”
- For realistic synthetic people, voices, or events, also include a clear disclosure within the work itself, visible or audible before the affected material. Do not present fabricated events as authentic recordings.
- Disclose materially generated writing even when the finished work is performed or filmed by people. Name the tool if helpful; a tool name alone does not explain its role.
These are creator disclosure requirements, not a claim that Scenvox automatically detects or verifies AI use. A label does not make otherwise prohibited content acceptable.
Deepfakes, likenesses, and rights
Obtain permission before cloning an identifiable person's voice or creating a realistic synthetic performance of them. Clearly identified satire, commentary, or parody may be considered where lawful; it must not deceive viewers about authenticity or endorsement. We prohibit impersonation, fraudulent endorsements, non-consensual intimate imagery (including synthetic imagery), and sexual content involving minors.
Do not publish infringing generations, unauthorized copies, or material that violates copyright, trademark, privacy, or publicity rights. Check the permissions for source footage, music, images, voices, and other inputs, as well as your AI tool's usage terms. Keep evidence of licenses and consent; we may request it when reviewing a report.
Reporting & Enforcement
Report a violation with the Report button on the title or creator page (you need to be signed in), or email scenvox@gmail.com with the content URL, your concern, and relevant evidence. Reports are private: the creator is not told who reported. We review the content, its context, and available evidence. Depending on severity and repetition, action may include a warning or correction request, content removal, account suspension, or a permanent ban. Serious violations may result in immediate removal or a ban without a prior warning.
To appeal, email the same address with “Content appeal” in the subject, the content URL or account identifier, the decision, and supporting evidence. We will review the appeal and communicate the outcome by email. See Reporting & Enforcement in the Terms.
What gets corrected or taken down
We may require a corrected disclosure or restrict or remove content with missing or misleading AI labels. We may remove or disable access to infringing material, deceptive impersonations, non-consensual synthetic likenesses, exploitative content, or other content that violates our Terms or applicable law. Serious violations can result in immediate removal or account suspension; repeated violations can result in termination.
Reviews consider the work, its context, disclosures, and available evidence. A disclosure is not an endorsement or a guarantee of quality, originality, or legal clearance.
Reports, copyright complaints, and appeals
To report content, use the Report button on the title or creator page, or email scenvox@gmail.com with the content URL, the concern, and supporting information. Use “Content report,” “Copyright takedown,” or “Content appeal” in the subject. For copyright notices and counter-notices, follow section 7 of the Terms of Service.
If your content is restricted or removed, you can ask for a review at the same address and provide permission records, disclosure corrections, or other relevant context. We may act before contacting a creator when the situation requires it. We do not promise a fixed review or restoration deadline.
