How fan support will work
Fans will be able to send you a one-time thank-you for your work. It's optional for them, and it's free for you on every plan, including Starter.
- You keep 85%
- You get 85% of every fan payment and we keep 15%. We pay the Paystack fees out of our share, so a ₦1,000 payment puts ₦850 in your pocket.
- Paid to your bank
- Fans pay in naira through Paystack, and your share goes straight to your Nigerian bank account. International accounts aren't supported yet.
- Who can earn
- You'll need at least one published original work, 50 followers with confirmed accounts, and to be 18 or older. You'll also accept the creator terms, confirm you own the rights to your work, and add your payout details. We review every application, so meeting the numbers alone doesn't guarantee approval.
- How much fans can send
- Fans will be able to support you with ₦500 to ₦1,000,000 per payment.
- When you get paid
- We haven't set a payout date or a minimum balance yet. Payouts will come through Paystack, not a Scenvox wallet, and we'll share the timing before fan support launches.
- Refunds and disputes
- A failed payment doesn't count as earnings. Refunds, chargebacks, disputes and fraud can reduce or reverse your share.
Pro and Gold subscriptions pay for extra tools, and that money isn't shared with creators. Ad and viewer-subscription revenue sharing don't have a launch date yet.
AI disclosure, moderation and appeals
If you used AI in a meaningful way, say so at the start of your description, explain what was generated, and make sure you have the rights and consent for every voice, face and piece of music you use. The Content & AI Policy has the full rules.
When something is reported, we look at the content, its context, your disclosures and any evidence. We may ask you to make a correction, limit or remove the content, or suspend an account for serious or repeated problems. To report a concern, use the Report button on the title or creator page, or email scenvox@gmail.com. To appeal a decision, email the same address with the link and any supporting evidence. Copyright notices and counter-notices follow section 7 of the Terms.
